Sharon Draper's November Blues: A Quick Review by Antanisha!

November has recently lost her boyfriend, but he left her with a baby. So now, November is lost in all kinds of problems. Her boyfriend's cousin volunteers to give up his dreams and help November through her problems. I like this book because it has a lot of drama. It is a very fun book filled with excitement. You should read this book because it has so much sadness. It has a really good way of showing how you can be happy in different ways.

Ying Chang Compestine's Revolution is Not a Dinner Party: A Novel: A Quick Review!

Revolution is Not a Dinner Party is about Ling's life during the Cultural Revolution. It is about how her life changed and how she changed as a person. I like this book because it was a good story and explained a lot about the history of China. I liked this book also because it's history and it's one of my favorite subjects. You should read this book because it explains a lot about one side of the Cultural Revolution and it has a sense of fiction although it all really happened.

Linda Zuckerman's A Taste of Rabbit: A Review by Elliot!

In the book entitled A Taste for Rabbit, Harry the Fox is given a job by his brother, Issac, who seems to have some shady dealings. Harry sets off to search for the Scouts that are missing from the prosperous city Fox Burro, which is suffering from a shortage of rabbits. The story switches between Harry and Quentin, a small rabbit with strong views on the government that is slightly corrupt. But when Frank and Zack, Quentin's friends, report that Frank's children and wife are missing, they know they must do something. In my opinion A Taste for Rabbit is one of the most descriptive and enchanting books I have read. The characters are developed beautifully and this book is an amazing work of art.

Cornelia Funke's Inkheart: A Review by Spencer

Inkheart is a book about a girl named Meggie whose dad is a bookbinder with a special power. If he reads a section from a book out loud, characters from that book will come into our world. But when these characters come out of the book, people from our world are transported into the book! So when Meggie's dad brings three characters out of a book; her mom vanishes! This is a great book about Meggie trying to find her mom. Inkheart is a great book because it's not like any book I've read before!
