Jeff Kinney's Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth: A Review by Rudy, edited by Ms. Hernandez!

Jeff Kinney's #1 saga, Diary of the Wimpy Kid has a new sequel to it! In the fifth book, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth, Greg and his weirdly friend Rowley end their relationship at the beginning of the book. After their non-school party, Greg ends up with Rowley and no one else there. Could Greg have his relationship with Rowley back, or will this be the end of their friendship? I like this book because it has humor to it and a lot of funny miserable things happen. You should read it if you're a #1 Wimpy Kid fan. So check it out today here at the Longfellow Library!

In the last book of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series Percy, now 16 years old, has only one way to defeat Kronos. The plan that Nico gave him was to bathe in the River Styx. But also he could die if he could not hold it. This book takes place in New York. The gods can't help Percy and his friends because they are busy fighting the worst monster: the Typhon. Melissa de la Cruz's Blue Bloods: A Review by Ke'yani!

Blue Bloods is basically about vampires. There is a girl named Mimi in this book who you will find out about. She has these flashbacks about how she thinks she lived a life in the far past, before she was even born! I like this book because I'm into vampires and mystery books. You should read this book because it's not what you hear on a regular basis.

Lisi Harrison's Invasion of the Boy Snatchers: A Review by Nandi!

This book is about a girl named Massie Block and her friends (Dylan, Alicia, Kristen and Claire). Everything is going all good until Alicia's cousin Nina comes along and ruins it. Massie gets intimidated by Nina because she is always flirting with the boy who Massie wants her first kiss with (Derrington). Massie and Claire come up with "Operation Toejam" to get back at Nina. I like this book because it is very realistic and it relates to some people I know. People should read this book because it could relate to them too.
