Lauren Barnholdt's The Secret Identity of Devon Delaney: A Review by Leah!

Devon Delaney is a girl in 7th grade that is very smart. When she meets a girl named Lexi, she tells Lexi about all these wonderful things about her life at school. Devon tells Lexi that she has a boyfriend and she is popular. All of these things aren't even true. Now that Lexi is going to Devon's school, will Devon have to tell Lexi the truth? I like this book because people can relate to it and it is really funny. I think girls are really going to like this book because it's funny and it teaches you to make good choices.

I like this book because it is kind of mysterious and funny at the same time. This book goes to show that lying will always catch up with you.
